  • Analysis of your strategic plans and commercial objectives.
  • Develop tactical plans focussing on Directors, employees, suppliers, customers, stakeholders and others.
  • Develop and agree a detailed project management matrix including business processes, rationales for need to restructure, realistic timescales, employee relations requirements, communications etc.
